Black Abbey Brewing Company celebrated their first birthday with a rockin’ party for about 700 of their closest friends. There was plenty of beer, including some special barrel aged treats, and tasty brats from Riff’s food truck. The Down Home Band kicked off the fun and the Big Rock Show rocked the crowed with everyone’s favorite 80s metal hits. The highlight of the night was when Carl Meier, one of Black Abbey’s founders, joining the band to sing an energetic rendition of Iron Maiden’s The Trooper.
