It’s Volksfest Time in Tennessee!

tn-volksfestSo, Labor Day is a week away, and you have no plans? No worries, we’ve got you covered. Oh, you have plans? Cancel them. The Fourth Annual Tennesee Volksfest is back, but with a new home in East Nashville. The Farmers’ Market was a great location, but the state is building a new Tennessee State Museum on that site. So Volksfest is moving to the East Park, also the site of the excellent East Nashville Beer Festival every Spring.

The location is different, but everything else will be what you expect from Nashville’s authentic Oktoberfest celebration. There will be plenty of fresh German beer from Spaten and Franziskaner, delicious brats and schnitzel, and don’t forget the fun German music. We’ve enjoyed the last three editions, and we know this year’s will be a fun time also.
